Posisi :
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Good understanding of mobile products
- Minimum 2-4 years working experience in business analyst related roles
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to dataStrong oral and written communication skill
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment
- Experience in business intelligence in mobile product business or technology companies is a plus
- Experience in constructing business intelligence tools is a plus
TAX ADMIN (PEOPLE)
Requirements:
- At least Diploma (D3) in Accounting/Fiscal Administration/Tax
- Having experience in local consulting firm/MNC/local companies min. 1-2 year
- Good knowledge of local tax regulation, especially VAT
- Familiar with e-Faktur
- Familiar with Ms. Word & Ms. Excel
- Having good administration skill
- Having good work ethics, good analytical skills & pro-active in a demanding situation
- An excellent team player, and respectful to others
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (PEOPLE)
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Accounting from reputable university
- At least 4 years of experience in handling financial reporting with audit background is required
- A robust knowledge of US GAAP and Indonesian GAAP; Big 4 firm experience is preferable
- Effective communication in English
- Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle is a plus) and full cycle of closing process
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely
- Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced on MS Excel
HR BUSINESS PARTNER (PEOPLE)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
- HR experience in Logistics/ Warehouse/ Manufacturing/ Construction/ Energy/ Retail/ Transportation sector will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge in local manpower regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for people and the business
MEDIA BUYING (MARKETING)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Experience in the same fields at least 2 -3 years
- Good knowledge about media placement, digital marketing, and ecommerce
- Good numerical and data management skills
- Effective organisational abilities and hands on
- Good verbal communication, negotiation, skills, able to quickly assimilate large amounts of information
- Have strong specialties on:
- Traditional advertising, including television, radio, print (newspapers, magazines, etc.) and outdoor (including billboards, posters, bus stops, etc.)
- Interactive marketing, including web ads, mobile apps, email blasts and social media
- Engagement marketing, which includes experiential campaigns (like targeted sample distribution), point of purchase advertising (like in-store demos), and behavioral marketing (like viral campaigns and street teams)
CONTENT MANAGEMENT (MARKETING)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, ideally from English, Marketing, or Journalism related major
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English
- Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
- Previous experience working as a content manager or copywriter would be an advantage
MARKETING INTELLIGENCE (MARKETING)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in data analysis and data collection required (using SQL, Excel, Python/R)
- Able to work with a large amount of data meticulously
- Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language (preferably Python/VBA/Google Script)
- Able to understand and write queries in SQL proficiently
- Marketing E-Commerce background is preferred
VOICE OF CUSTOMER (OPERATIONS)
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Familiar with Excel & Facebook
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistic, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 1-year experience in conducting a Primary User Research Method (e.g. interviews, usability tests, field observations, surveys)
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)

Requirements:

BACK END WEB ENGINEER (TECH)
Requirements:
- Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems;
- Bachelor's or higher degree Computer Science or related fields;
- Hands-on experiences in Web Service frameworks and technologies such as Django, Ruby On Rails, or Node.js;
- Familiar with HTTP protocol;
- Familiar with performance tuning of Web Server, massive concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms;
- In-depth understanding of data structures and other computer science fundamentals;
- Familiar with Linux development environments.
- Skills below are optional but preferable:
- Knowledge in web security
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (TECH)
Requirements:
- Great problem solving skill is a major plus
