1. PAY LOADER OPERATOR
Job requirement
- Min. Technical High School majoring mechanical or other related major
- Min. 3 years experience as Heavy Equipment Operator (Payloader Operator)
- Have a valid certification of SIO (Surat Ijin Operasi) of Payloader and Dozer is preferred
- Good communication skill
- Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
2. DOZER OPERATOR
Job requirement
- Min. Technical High School majoring mechanical or other related major
- Min. 3 years experience as Heavy Equipment Operator (Dozer Operator)
- Have a valid certification of SIO (Surat Ijin Operasi) of Payloader and Dozer is preferred
- Good communication skill
- Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
3. MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in electrical maintenance (coal-fired power plant/ oil & gas)
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be on a contractual basis during the project
- Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
4. QAQC TECHNICIAN
Job requirement
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK)/ Diploma (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in related position in the power plant or related industry
- Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation & maintenance will be an advantage.
- Have knowledge about Boiler, pressure vessel, Piping, Welding and Welding Inspection.
- Have a certificate of NDE (RI/UT/MT/PT) will be an advantage
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
5. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position in the power plant industry or manufacturing
- Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant maintenance will be an advantage.
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
6. HR DEPARTMENT HEAD
Job requirement
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any major, with min. GPA of 3.00
- 5 to 10 years experience in the HR field, with a solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Compensation & Benefit, Organizational Development, and Industrial Relations
- Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skill
- Willing to be located at Adaro Site in South Kalimantan
7. TAX STAFF (CONTRACT BASED)
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Competencies: Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation
- Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team.
- Willing to be on contractual basis
Job requirement
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience as Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing Supervisor
- Good competency in Project Management, Pengawas Operasional Pertambangan (POP), Construction Safety, and Pre-commissioning & commissioning procedure
- Have certification in K3 Listrik
- Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan
- Willing to work with contractual based
9. CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR
Job requirement
- Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience as Civil Site Supervisor
- Good competency in Project Management, Pengawas Operasional Pertambangan (POP), Construction Safety, and Pre-commissioning & commissioning procedure
- Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan
- Willing to work with contractual based
10. ACCOUNTING INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Job requirement
- Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Min 2 years of working experience
- Having good analytical & communication skill
- Having good experience in Inventory Management
11. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Have min 10 years of total experience
- Have competencies in Civil Engineering Design (land works, drainage, roads, and bridges), Engineering Design - Industrial Building & Low Rise Building (Office, Housing Complex), Construction Methods, Project Management, and Contract Management
- Have competencies in Project Planning and Controlling and Project Cost Estimation
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skill
- Good communication, influencing, and interpersonal skill
- Willing to travel to all Adaro site
12. TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Environmental)
- Minimum 4 years experience as Technical Officer or Project Engineer
- Good knowledge of Power Plant Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operation will be advantage
- Good knowledge of International and National Codes & Standards related to the Power Plant will be advantage
- Good knowledge of National Grid and others local regulations related to the Power Plant
- Good command in English both written and verbal
13. BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Law/ Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Business Development for IPP Projects (Coal-Fired Power Plant will be an advantage)
- Have a deep understanding of the IPP Bidding Process, Commercial Contract, and Financial Model will be an advantage.
- Preferably having exposure as Assistant Manager specializing in Engineering, Financial, Project Management, Law or another related area.
- Good command in English both verbal and written
14. INVENTORY STAFF
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
15. PROJECT FINANCE SPECIALIST
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree graduates majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Financing
- Have exposure with financial modelling of Infrastructure Project, preferably from Power Plant Project
- Have good knowledge of Loan Management, Risk Analysis, Structuring and Sourcing of Financing will be advantage
- Good command both verbal and written in English
